Transfer Chute design - Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyor transfer chutes are the most common equipment in any bulk material handling industry, and by far are the most ignored structural entities, leading to a whole lot of material loss and unwanted resource engagement.
Transfer Chute design - Mill
A mill feed or discharge chute is a very crucial part of a mill based circuit, where the transfer chute generally handles slurry along with the feed rate generally being very high. As important an equipment as it is, the design has to be ergonomic and efficient.
Transfer Chute design - Screen
Screen feed and discharge(undersize or oversize) chutes are fairly common in any plant comprised of screening equipment. Some time the chute design here can be a factor affecting the screening efficiency.

Mechanical diverter valve (flap type)
A very simple, useful and compact solution for transfer chutes that have bifurcation zones, pneumatically, hydraulically or electro-mechanically controlled. BMHequip's simple and cost economic design can help in material handling without any issues. The flange to flange snug fit design can be designed for any bifurcating chute.
